Order Cancellation Policy

This page explains how to cancel before dispatch and how to use the statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase after delivery.

Cancellation before dispatch

Email support@tavrynhome.com as soon as possible with your order number and the words “Cancel order”. We will try to stop the order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this once processing or carrier handover has begun. If dispatch cannot be stopped, you may use the return process after delivery.

Statutory cancellation right

For most goods purchased online, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate lots or pieces, the period normally runs from the day after the last lot or piece is delivered. You must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before the cancellation period ends.

Returning cancelled goods

After notifying us of cancellation, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice. Follow the authorised return instructions we provide. TAVRYN HOME pays the reasonable cost of the authorised return when you use our supplied method.

You may copy and email the following form. Using this exact form is optional; any clear statement that identifies the order and your decision to cancel is sufficient.

 

Exceptions

The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and to other categories excluded by law. A relevant exclusion will be disclosed before purchase. Legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
