Processing time
Processing starts after payment authorisation and order review. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England. Orders placed after the daily processing cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery appointments and large items
Some furniture may travel as an oversized parcel or by a specialist carrier. The carrier may contact you to confirm a delivery date or time window. Delivery normally means delivery to the address or accessible entrance stated by the carrier. Room-of-choice delivery, assembly and packaging removal are not included unless the product page or checkout expressly says otherwise.
Access requirements
Before ordering, check the product dimensions and the access route, including doors, stairs, lifts, corners and shared entrances. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access. Tell us promptly if the property has restricted access. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, a missed agreed appointment or undisclosed access restrictions may be charged where the law permits and where the amount is explained before collection or redelivery is arranged.
Dispatch and tracking
We send a dispatch confirmation when the order leaves our fulfilment location. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement. An order containing several items may arrive in separate parcels.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. If a delay occurs, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including rights that may arise if we fail to deliver within an agreed deadline or within 30 days where no different period has been agreed.
Address changes and failed delivery
Check the delivery address before placing the order. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing begins. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, delivery was refused or the carrier could not complete delivery after reasonable attempts, we will contact you about redelivery or cancellation. We will explain any lawful additional cost before arranging redelivery.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the packaging and item as soon as reasonably possible. If the package appears badly damaged, photograph it before opening. Report damage, missing parts or an incorrect item promptly so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Reporting promptly helps us obtain carrier evidence, but it does not remove your statutory rights.
