These terms govern use of tavrynhome.com and purchases from TAVRYN HOME. They do not remove rights that UK consumer law gives you.
1 About these terms
The website is operated by STUDIO X FURNITURE LIMITED, trading as TAVRYN HOME. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
2 Eligibility and customer information
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep your account credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
3 Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and finishes may appear different because of lighting, natural material variation and screen settings. Dimensions are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerances. Lifestyle images may show props that are not included. The product description and order confirmation identify what is included.
4 Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. The contract forms when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, depending on the wording of our order email. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including stock, delivery, payment, security or an obvious pricing error.
5 Prices and payment
Prices and payment are governed by the Payment Tax and Pricing Policy. You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. We may carry out proportionate fraud-prevention checks.
6 Delivery
Delivery is governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. You are responsible for checking product dimensions and access. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identify to receive them, subject to applicable law.
7 Cancellation returns and faults
The Order Cancellation Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Damaged Faulty or Incorrect Items page form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or remedies.
8 Assembly and use
Follow the supplied assembly, wall-fixing, load and safety instructions. Use products only for their intended household purpose. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse or failure to follow clear instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9 Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that harms its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use content for unlawful or misleading activity.
10 Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, product designs, photographs, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to STUDIO X FURNITURE LIMITED unless stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires prior written permission.
11 Third party services
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. A link does not mean that we control or endorse every part of a third-party website.
12 Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of rights that cannot be excluded. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
13 Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed and perform our obligations when reasonably possible. Your legal cancellation or refund rights remain available where applicable.
14 Changes to the website and terms
We may update the website and these terms. The terms in force when your order was accepted normally apply to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
15 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
16 Severability and no waiver
If part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
