Payment Tax and Pricing Policy

This policy explains currency, taxes, payment authorisation and pricing for orders placed through tavrynhome.com.

Currency and taxes

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies, displayed consumer prices include VAT unless the website clearly states otherwise. TAVRYN HOME is operated by STUDIO X FURNITURE LIMITED, VAT registration number GB 458 3582 58.

Accepted payment methods

The checkout displays the payment methods currently available. These may include major payment cards, Shopify-supported accelerated checkout methods and other payment providers enabled for the store. Availability may depend on your device, billing address and the provider’s terms. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our own systems.

Payment authorisation

Your payment method may be authorised when you submit the order. An order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, the price is clearly incorrect, stock is unavailable, delivery is not possible or fraud-prevention checks cannot be completed. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Pricing errors

We take reasonable care to display accurate prices. If a clear pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Promotions

Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms, expiry dates and product restrictions. Unless expressly allowed, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed. Promotions do not affect statutory rights.
