Refund policy
TAVRYN HOME | Effective 18 September 2026
This policy provides a 30-day return window and explains the separate legal rights that apply to online purchases and faulty goods.
Thirty day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. This store return window is longer than the statutory 14-day period for notifying us that you wish to cancel an eligible online purchase. To start a return, email support@tavrynhome.com before the 30-day period ends.
Return eligibility
For a change-of-mind return under our 30-day policy, the item should be in resalable condition and include its parts, accessories, instructions and, where reasonably possible, original protective packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund only where the law allows because handling beyond what was necessary has reduced the item’s value.
How to return an item
1. Email support@tavrynhome.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return.
2. Wait for written return authorisation and packing or collection instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with all included parts and accessories.
4. Use the prepaid return label or collection method supplied by us and retain the collection receipt or tracking record.
Do not return goods to the registered office unless we specifically confirm that address for your return. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused by the receiving location.
Return shipping cost
TAVRYN HOME pays the reasonable cost of an authorised return from the original UK delivery address when you use the return method we provide. This includes eligible change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window and returns of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. We do not reimburse premium, self-arranged or unauthorised return services unless we agreed to them in writing.
Large item collection
For furniture that cannot be returned through a normal parcel service, we may arrange collection. You must keep the item safely packed and make it reasonably accessible at the agreed time. If an agreed collection is missed without reasonable notice, we may charge the direct cost of another collection where permitted by law and after explaining the charge.
Refund timing
After the returned item reaches the designated return location, we inspect it and issue the approved refund within 7 business days after inspection. We will not delay a statutory refund beyond the time allowed by law. For an eligible cancellation, the legal deadline is generally no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or, where applicable, after you provide evidence that you sent them back.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We refund the product price and, where required by law, the basic outbound delivery charge. Because our standard delivery is free, there is normally no outbound delivery charge to refund. Any extra amount paid for an optional premium service is refundable only where the law requires or where that service was not provided as agreed.
Processing by your payment provider
After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to display it. That processing time is outside our control. If you have not received the funds 10 business days after our refund confirmation, contact us and your payment provider.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns
The statutory cancellation right and our change-of-mind policy may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any exclusion will be stated clearly on the product page before purchase. This exclusion does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
Exchanges
We do not process a direct exchange through the same order. If you want another item, contact us. We may recommend returning the original item for refund and placing a new order. Faulty or incorrect items may be replaced where appropriate and available.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer law. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where that purpose was made known.
